# Activate a Custom Runtime

`PUT /runtimes/{runtime_id}/activate`

Activates a custom runtime with the specified ID.

  - `dockerpath` string: The path to the Docker image.
  - `managed` boolean: Whether the runtime is managed or not.
  - `config` object: The configuration of the runtime.
