# View a dispute

`GET /chargeback/v3/dispute/{id}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP basic

Returns information about a disputed chargeback.

If you don't know the dispute ID, use the [View disputes](ref:viewdisputes) endpoint.

## Response `200`

Success

- object: Information about a chargeback dispute.
  - `id` integer: The dispute ID.
  - `merchantId` string: The merchant ID.
  - `chargebackId` integer: The Nexio Chargeback ID.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: The date and time at which the dispute was created.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: The date and time at which the dispute was last updated.
