# View patient medical history items (beta)

`GET /medical_history/patient_items`

## Request

Returns a list of patient-specific medical history items (allergies, conditions, or medications) for the given patient.

## Query parameters

- `subdomain` string, required
- `location_id` integer, required
- `patient_id` integer, required
- `category` 'allergies' | 'conditions' | 'medications', required
- `active` boolean
