# Create an object definition

`POST /v1/objects`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.nex.ai/api/developers`
- URL: `https://app.nex.ai/api/developers/v1/objects`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Creates a new object definition (entity type) in the workspace

## Request body

- DeveloperCreateObjectRequest
  - `name` string, required: Display name for the object
  - `name_plural` string: Plural display name
  - `slug` string, required: URL-safe identifier
  - `description` string: Description of the object type
  - `type` 'person' | 'company' | 'custom' | 'deal': Object type
