`PATCH /v1/objects/{slug}/attributes/{attr_id}`

Updates properties of an existing attribute definition

  - `description` string: New description
  - `options` DeveloperUpdateAttributeOptionsRequest
    - `is_required` boolean
    - `use_raw_format` boolean
    - `is_whole_number` boolean
    - `select_options` DeveloperCreateSelectOptionRequest[]: Updated select options. Include id to update existing, omit id to create new.
      - `id` string: Option ID (optional on create, auto-generated if omitted)
      - `name` string, required: Option display label
