# Create a note

`POST /v1/notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.nex.ai/api/developers`
- URL: `https://app.nex.ai/api/developers/v1/notes`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Creates a new note, optionally associated with a record

## Request body

- DeveloperCreateNoteRequest
  - `title` string, required: Note title (non-empty)
  - `content` string: Note body text
  - `entity_id` string: Associated record ID

## Response `200`

Created note

  - `id` string
  - `title` string
  - `content` string
  - `entity_id` string
  - `created_by` string
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `archived_at` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - Invalid data
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key
- `500`: Internal server error
