# Create or update persistent storage entry

`PUT /v1/persistent-storage/{key}`

Set value of persistent storage entry, creating it if it does not exist. Requires
PERSISTENT_STORAGE system access right. Changes are written to the database asynchronously
by the server's periodic synchronization.

## Request body

- object
  - `value` string, required — Entry value.

## Response `200`

Entry created or updated.

- PersistentStorageEntry
  - `key` string — Entry key.
  - `value` string — Entry value.

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid key, missing value, or value too long.
- `401` — Unauthorized.
- `403` — Access denied.
