# Get wireless stations

`GET /v1/objects/{object-id}/wireless/stations`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://127.0.0.1:8000`
- URL: `http://127.0.0.1:8000/v1/objects/{object-id}/wireless/stations`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List wireless stations (clients) associated with the given node, access point, or wireless domain. For a node, stations last collected from the node acting as wireless controller or standalone access point are returned (empty list for other nodes). For an access point, stations are taken from its controller node or read from the domain's controller bridge. For a wireless domain, stations reported by the controller bridge (if configured) and by all wireless controller nodes in the domain are returned, excluding stations associated with access points the caller has no read access to. Bridge-backed requests query the external controller and may take noticeable time.

## Path parameters

- `object-id` integer, required

## Response `200`

Wireless stations retrieved successfully

- object
  - `entries` WirelessStation[]
    - `macAddress` string: Station MAC address in colon-separated notation
    - `vendor` string, nullable: NIC vendor resolved from the OUI database. Null when the prefix is not known.
    - `ipAddress` InetAddress
      - `family` integer: IP address family
      - `address` string: IP address in text form. Omitted entirely for unset (AF_UNSPEC) addresses.
      - `prefixLength` integer: IP address prefix length
    - `ssid` string: SSID the station is connected to
    - `bssid` string: BSSID in colon-separated notation (all zeroes if not reported)
    - `vlan` integer: VLAN ID
    - `rssi` integer: Received signal strength in dBm
    - `txRate` integer: Transmit rate in bits per second (0 if not reported)
    - `rxRate` integer: Receive rate in bits per second (0 if not reported)
    - `radioIndex` integer: Index of the radio interface the station is associated with
    - `radioName` string, nullable: Name of the radio interface. Null when the radio could not be resolved.
    - `accessPointId` integer: ID of the access point object (or node acting as standalone access point) the station is associated with, or 0 when it could not be resolved or the caller has no read access to it.
    - `accessPointName` string, nullable: Name of the access point. Null when accessPointId is 0.
    - `nodeId` integer: ID of the node matching the station's MAC address, or 0 when no node matches or the caller has no read access to it.
    - `nodeName` string, nullable: Name of the matching node. Null when nodeId is 0.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid object ID or object is not a node, access point, or wireless domain
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: User does not have read access to given object
- `404`: Object with given ID does not exist
