# Download DCI history export file

`GET /v1/data-export/{task-id}/file`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://127.0.0.1:8000`
- URL: `http://127.0.0.1:8000/v1/data-export/{task-id}/file`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Download the archive (type=archive, default) or the pseudonym mapping file (type=mapping) produced by a completed export. Produced files are removed from the server once every produced file has been downloaded, or one hour after completion, whichever comes first, so each file can be downloaded only once.

## Path parameters

- `task-id` integer, required

## Query parameters

- `type` 'archive' | 'mapping'

## Response `200`

File content; Content-Disposition carries a suggested file name

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Export was started by another user
- `404`: Export task does not exist, file was not produced, or files have already been removed
- `409`: Export is not completed yet
