# Bind agent tunnel to node

`POST /v1/agent-tunnels/{tunnel-id}/bind`

Bind unbound agent tunnel to given node. Server issues certificate for the agent and waits
(up to 60 seconds) for the agent to confirm it; after that the agent reconnects the tunnel,
which then appears as bound to the node. Requires MANAGE_AGENT_TUNNELS system access right.

## Path parameters

- `tunnel-id` integer, required

## Request body

- object
  - `nodeId` integer, required — ID of the node to bind tunnel to

## Response `204`

Tunnel bound.

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request body or node ID.
- `401` — Unauthorized.
- `403` — Access denied.
- `404` — Unbound tunnel with given ID not found.
- `409` — Tunnel cannot be bound in its current state (bind already in progress or certificate is externally provisioned).
- `500` — Agent failed to complete certificate request.
- `504` — Timeout waiting for agent to complete certificate request.
