# Subscribe

`PUT /api/v1/notifications/subscriptions/{entity_id}`

Switch email on for an entity, company-wide. Idempotent, owner/admin only.

404 if the caller cannot see the entity; 403 if they can see it but do not
administer the company. In that order — see the module docstring.

## Path parameters

- `entity_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SubscriptionRead — One entity the caller has opted into email for.
  - `entity_id` string, uuid, required
  - `entity_name` string, required
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `422` — Validation Error
