# Finalize Folder Delivery

`POST /api/v1/files/upload/{token}/delivery/finalize`

Reconcile against S3 and, if complete, commit the delivery.

A 409 listing the missing files is the normal resume path, not an error
state: the browser re-uploads exactly those and calls this again.
