# Get a site asset's URL

`GET /sites/{site_id}/assets/{asset_id}/public_signature`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.netlify.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.netlify.com/api/v1/sites/{site_id}/assets/{asset_id}/public_signature`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Implicit: `https://app.netlify.com/authorize`

Returns the URL of the asset. If the asset isn't publicly visible, returns a signed URL. _This endpoint is only available to certain sites._
