# Remove Admin

`DELETE /api/v1/admins/{admin_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.neosapien.xyz` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Remove an admin from this organization, or revoke a pending admin invitation.

Only the membership in this organization ends. The person's account and any
other organizations they belong to are unaffected. An admin may remove
themselves to leave the organization.

**Authorization:** admin role only.

**Errors:**
- 403: Caller is not an admin
- 404: No such admin in this organization
- 409 `last_admin`: This is the organization's only active admin
