`GET /api/tasks/{task_uid}/status`

Compact polling endpoint for clients waiting on Celery validation.

Main status: user_task_progress.task_status (Available/Pending/Completed/Error).
errorMessage: latest attempt's public error text (audio/photo/video uploads), if any.
