# Get States

`GET /v1/states`

Retrieves a list of regions (states or provinces) within a specified country, optionally filtered by `CountryID`.

## Query parameters

- `CountryID` integer

## Response `200`

A list of regions matching the specified criteria.

- RegionsDbEntity[]
  - `RegionID` integer, nullable: The unique identifier of the region.
  - `RegionName` string, nullable: The name of the region.
  - `ShortRegion` string, nullable: The abbreviated name or code for the region.
  - `CountryID` integer, nullable: The unique identifier of the country to which the region belongs.
