Retrieves all actor groups associated with a specific actor, identified by `ActorID`.

A list of actor groups associated with the actor was retrieved successfully.

  - `RoleGroupId` integer, nullable: The unique identifier of the role group.
  - `RoleGroupName` string, nullable: The name of the role group.
  - `UpdatedDT` string, date-time, nullable: The date and time when the role group was last updated.
