Get paginated history of palmistry analyses for the current user.

Bounds (P0-3, Cycle 9): without ``Query(ge=, le=)`` an authenticated
attacker could request ``?limit=10000000`` and saturate the small
(10) connection pool while psycopg materialised gigabytes of palmistry
rows. Same DDoS surface Cycle 5 PR2 closed for tarot. Pydantic
rejects out-of-range values with HTTP 422 below the handler.
