# Process Notifications

`POST /api/notifications/process`

## Request

Process pending notifications (called by Cloud Scheduler).

CRITICAL: Verify cron secret with ``hmac.compare_digest()``.
Per-token claims serialize concurrent crons; notification_log is reporting.
FCM delivery is at least once across a crash before the success commit.
