`POST /api/compatibility/check`

## Request

Check compatibility with a partner based on birth data.

Costs coins (cost_compatibility_check setting).
Uses Vertex AI (Gemini) for analysis.

## Request body

- CompatibilityCheckRequest
  - `partner_name` string, required
  - `partner_birth_date` string, required: YYYY-MM-DD
  - `partner_birth_time` string, nullable: HH:MM
  - `partner_birth_place` string, nullable
  - `category` string: Compatibility dimension: love, work, business, friendship, family
  - `relationship_label` string, nullable
  - `partner_gender` string, nullable: Optional partner gender for synastry tone. One of male/female/other/unspecified.
  - `partner_birth_time_certainty` string, nullable: How sure is the user about partner's birth time? exact|approximate|unknown.
