# Delete a suggestion

`DELETE /api/v2/suggestions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://yournation.nationbuilder.com`
- URL: `https://yournation.nationbuilder.com/api/v2/suggestions/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently deletes a Suggestion and its associated page.

**Warning:** This action cannot be undone. The Suggestion and all its data
will be permanently removed from the system.

## Response `200`

Confirmation that the suggestion was deleted.

## Other responses

- `401`: The access token is missing, expired, or not authorized to access this resource.
- `404`: No resource exists with the provided ID.
- `429`: The access token has exceeded its request quota for the current rate-limit window.
