# Configure Portal Remote Access

`POST /configuration/support/portal`

## Request

Enable or disable portal-level remote access for the account.

## Request body

- PortalSupportConfigurationRequestDto: Request body for POST /configuration/support/portal. Enable: { "enabled": true, "duration_hours": 8 } # timed Enable: { "enabled": true } # always_on (no expiry) Disable: { "enabled": false }
  - `enabled` boolean, required
  - `duration_hours` integer, nullable

## Response `200`

Portal remote access configuration updated
