List volumes eligible for MCP with their current mcp_enabled state.

- AiActivateMcpVolumesResponseDto: Response envelope for ``GET /ai_activate/indexes/mcp``.

    - `volume_guid` string, required
    - `volume_name` string, required
    - `file_count` integer, nullable: Number of files included in the volume inventory. May be null until inventory data is ready.
    - `mcp_enabled` boolean, required: Whether the MCP server is currently enabled for this volume.

- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: Insufficient permissions
- `408`: Request timeout
- `422`: Invalid input data
- `500`: Internal server error
