# Transfer Dispatch Plan Orders

`POST /v1/plans/{planId}/orders:transfer`

## Request

Move the selected orders into another plan's unplanned orders. The other plan takes the orders even while someone has it open; its revision advances and the Planner reloads it. Fails with 409 `PLAN_LEASE_HELD` (naming `heldBy`) while anyone has the plan open in the Planner, and with 409 `PLAN_REVISION_STALE` (naming `currentRevision`) when the plan changed since `expectedRevision`.
