# Dismiss Rejected Founding

`POST /founding/{founding_id}/dismiss`

## Request

The founder dismissed a rejected card: archive the draft it left behind.

A rejection keeps its draft so the founder can still read why (an archived
company's session is refused); the dismissal is when it goes (spec
2026-10-04 DRAFT_STAYS_DRAFT D6). Only a ``rejected`` row, and only its
``draft``: idempotent, and the row itself is not touched.
