# Create Topup Checkout Session

`POST /conglomerates/{conglomerate_id}/topup-checkout-session`

Create a Stripe Checkout session for a one-time credit top-up.

Eligibility (DRAFT_SPEC_TRIAL_TOPUP §3): active subscription past the
first invoice, OR a running plan clock (trial / churn wind-down). The
Stripe customer is created on the fly for clock-path buyers.
