# Create Company

`POST /conglomerates/{conglomerate_id}/companies`

## Request

Create a new company in a conglomerate.

Every business born here is v3-native (spec 2026-09-06_SPEC_CLI_REFRESH_V3_BIRTH
D7): ``CreationProfile.V3``, the found gate at create (D10: a Founder plan or a
live trial AND the founding credit floor, no welcome grant), moderation on the
idea (D17), the lexicon namer when ``name`` is absent (D15). The request
fields of the classic path keep their meaning (D18); only the profile, the
gate and the (now unreachable) first-CEO-run spawn changed.
