Owner master 'Pause selling' toggle — gates every checkout of the company.

Stripe objects stay active; the public /c/{slug} routes read the flag live.
Owner-only (no agent tool exists for this). Idempotent.

- SellingPauseRequest: Owner-intent 'Pause selling' toggle payload (master or per-product).
