# Trigger Company Provision

`POST /companies/{company_id}/provision`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.nanocorp.so` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Idempotently (re-)spawn infrastructure provisioning for a company,
regardless of status — the resume backstop for `nanocorp init` (§5.7).

The heartbeat heal is active-only, so a paused/import company whose initial
provisioning died would never self-heal; init calls this when a resource is
still stuck after a poll round. Provisioning short-circuits on already-active
resources, so repeated calls are safe. ``seed_repo`` forwards to the Modal
spawn as ``auto_init`` (False = an import resume — do not re-seed a README).
