    - `lastName` string: The last name (also known as family name, or surname)
    - `orderOption` string: The option for ordering
    - `matchCandidates` NameMatchCandidateOut[]: The ordered list of name matching candidates
      - `candidateName` string: The name matching candidate name
      - `probability` number, double: The name matching estimated probability.
      - `predScoreGivenName` number, double: The given name prediction score.
      - `predScoreFamilyName` number, double: The family name prediction score.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request (ex. too many names)
- `401`: Missing or incorrect API Key
- `403`: Email not Verified, or API Limit Reached, or API Key Disabled
- `429`: Too Many Requests
