Update a catalog label's description.

## Path parameters

- `access_label_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- UpdateAccessLabelRequest: Partial update. Name changes are refused — rename by delete + create.
  - `description` string, nullable

## Response `200`

- AccessLabelCatalogEntry: One reusable label in the tenant catalog.

## Other responses

- `504`: Gateway Timeout
- `default`: Typed error envelope used by every 4xx and 5xx. ``error.code`` distinguishes the failure; HTTP status is a consequence of the code.
