Public endpoint — no auth required. Honest accuracy report from forward
returns measured at fixed horizons against a BTC market baseline.

Honesty gate: per-horizon numbers are only surfaced once a horizon is
`proven` (n >= min_sample AND excess-over-BTC CI lower bound > 0, i.e. it
statistically beats the market) AND profitable on its own. Unproven horizons
report status only, not a headline win rate — we don't sell drift as alpha.
