PUBLIC — the asset universe /check (and /plan, /levels...) can price:
Hyperliquid perp coins plus tokenized HIP-3 stocks/metals/indices. Powers
the /check page autocomplete so users see what's supported instead of
discovering by 400. Cached 10 min.

Contract (frozen 2026-07-24 for Markets v1): count === len(assets); asset
ids are opaque, unique, non-empty and case-preserved; ordering carries no
meaning. `degraded: true` means the list is INCOMPLETE or STALE — a client
must not treat it as the universe, must not cache it, and should retry.
No `degraded` key means healthy. Additive fields only, anonymous forever.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CheckAssetsResponse: GET /check/assets — the Markets v1 asset universe (anonymous). Invariants: count == len(assets); ids opaque/unique/non-empty/ case-preserved; ordering meaningless. `degraded` present ONLY when true: the list is incomplete or stale — do not treat as the universe, do not cache, retry per Retry semantics (30s server-side degraded TTL).
