Cheat-sheet ladder: every nearby level for one coin as ONE descending
price ladder, each row tagged with what produced it and carrying its
measured hold-rate record, plus 1/2/3-sigma bands off realized daily vol.

Read-only COMPOSITION of data that already ships (ops #87): the rows are
the same objects /levels serves (levels_engine.nearest_levels — zone band,
acting role + flip disclosure, timeframe, strength, and the
tests/bounces/breaks/win_rate/avg_bounce_pct ledger from level_stats), and
the bands are check_engine.daily_sigma_pct around spot. No new
measurement, no bundled strength composite (#77), win_rate withheld under
level_stats.MIN_TESTS_FOR_RATE, sigma bands labelled uncalibrated.
