`POST /auth/oauth/{provider}`

Sign in / sign up with a Google id_token or Apple identity_token.
Body: {token, terms_accepted?}. Existing account with the same verified
email gets LINKED (provider sub stored); brand-new users need
terms_accepted=true (400 with needs_terms otherwise). Response mirrors
/auth/login; first-ever creation also returns the shown-once api_key.
