Search tickets and events for mobile with pagination support

## Query parameters

- `search` string, required: Search by ticket name, ID, or order number,Event name,event_id (min 2 chars, max 100 chars)
- `page` integer: Page number (starts from 1)
- `page_size` integer: Results per page (max 100)
