`GET /organization/referral-program-statistics/{event_id}/{referral_program_id}/`

Get statistics for a SPECIFIC referral program including:
- total_orders_count: Total number of orders where referral program was applied
- total_ticket_count: Total number of tickets sold through referral program
- total_commission_amount: Total commission earned by the referral program
- orders_total_amount: Total order amount without service fees
