`POST /covert-admin/bypass/refund/request/{order_number}/`

Bypass refund request - creates refund entries directly without approval process.
This creates the same entries as the refund approval flow.
Admin only endpoint.
Accepts order_number instead of order_id, event_id, customer_id.
