# List Organization Documents

`GET /api/organization/documents`

## Request

List the caller's organisation's report documents, org-wide.

Org-level reports (database_id IS NULL — notably the ones produced by
unbound conversations) and database-bound ones share the listing;
`database_id` narrows it to one connection (inaccessible id → empty,
never 403). A caller with no organisation sees their own orgless reports
and those of the databases they can access. Memory/instructions/skill
documents share the NULL database_id but are internal — only
kind='report' is listed.
