List reviews grouped by consolidation run, paginated.

Reviews digested into a run share its group (status, summary and changes
of the run agent); legacy per-conversation reviews keep the date grouping
and their own changes. With ``date`` (a night, local to the organisation's
review timezone) the whole night is returned unpaginated; ``latest=true``
stands for the most recent night with activity, which the response names.
