# Get Issues

`GET /api/issues`

## Request

Get issues for a context, or org-wide when ``contextId`` is omitted.

Org-wide rows are bounded to databases the user can access within the
caller's organisation, and each item carries ``database_id`` and
``database_name`` so the UI can badge/filter by connection.
