Make a team steward of a whole connection — every warehouse database
its catalog knows — or take that back. Granting creates the missing
database-level policies as ``read`` (a steward reads what it answers for);
a team masked or denied anywhere on the connection is refused (400).
Revoking clears the database-level flags only: narrower grants stay.
