`GET /api/events`

## Request

Unified SSE endpoint for real-time events.

Query params define room subscriptions:
- conversation_id -> joins conversation:{id} room
- database_id -> joins catalog:database:{id} room
- Always joins user:{user_id} room

Events:
- ping: Keepalive (every 30s)
- status: Conversation status updates
- queryUpdated: Query state changes
- runningStatuses: Initial running conversation statuses (on connect)
- catalog:*: Catalog events (asset updates, sync progress, etc.)
- error: Error messages

## Query parameters

- `conversation_id` string, nullable
- `database_id` string, nullable
