# Generate a new shareable invite-link token.

`POST /v1/trips/{id}/access/invite-tokens`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mynextadventure.cloud` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mynextadventure.cloud/v1/trips/{id}/access/invite-tokens`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- CreateInviteTokenV1Dto
  - `accessLevel` 'owner' | 'edit' | 'voter' | 'view', required: Access level the resulting invite link will grant.

## Response `201`

- InviteTokenV1Dto
  - `id` string: Mongo id of the invite token row (used to revoke).
  - `token` string, required: Opaque token string. Concatenate with the invite URL prefix to share.
  - `inviteUrl` string, required: Full URL the recipient can open to accept the invite.
  - `accessLevel` 'owner' | 'edit' | 'voter' | 'view', required
  - `expiresAt` string, date-time, required: When this token expires.

## Other responses

- `404`: Trip not found or no owner access.
