# List Surveys

`GET /workspaces/{workspace_id}/survey_workflows`

List a workspace's surveys, including disabled and archived ones. Each survey includes its current questions, the same as Fetch Survey. See the [Forms and surveys guide](https://developers.myclickfunnels.com/docs/forms).

  - `name` string, nullable: Survey name
  - `site_id` integer: Site ID
  - `form_id` integer, nullable: ID of the form that stores the survey's answers
  - `enabled` boolean: True when the survey is enabled
  - `archived` string, date-time, nullable: Archive timestamp; null when not archived.
  - `created_at` string, date-time: Added
  - `updated_at` string, date-time: Updated
  - `questions` SurveyQuestionAttributes[]: Every current question on every branch, ordered by question ID. This catalog is available before submissions and is not a traversal path or historical snapshot.
    - `id` integer: Question ID
    - `public_id` string, nullable: Public ID
    - `type` 'text' | 'email' | 'phone_number' | 'choice' | 'image_choice' | 'contact_info' | 'single': Question kind; contact_info collects several contact fields in one step

      - `label` string, nullable: Field label shown to the respondent
      - `field_type` string: Form field type
      - `allow_multiple` boolean: True when the respondent can select more than one option
      - `captured_contact_attribute` string, nullable: Contact attribute the answer is saved to; null when it is not saved on the contact
      - `options` SurveyChoiceAttributes[]: Current presentable options, ordered by sort_order then ID. Selected hidden Other options still appear in saved answers.
        - `id` integer: Option ID
        - `public_id` string, nullable: Public ID
        - `label` string, nullable: Option label
        - `image` object, nullable: The choice's image. Null for a text-only choice.
          - `id` integer: Image ID
          - `public_id` string, nullable: Public ID
          - `url` string: Image file URL

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden — this request's workspace is closed to it. Three cases return this: * The access token is limited to specific workspaces (see the workspace selection made when the key was provisioned, or the workspaces approved on the OAuth consent screen) and the request acts on a workspace outside that set. * The access token is limited to specific workspaces and the request's workspace could not be determined at all. The gate is fail-closed, so a workspace-limited token is denied rather than allowed through when the target workspace is ambiguous. * The workspace's team has no active ClickFunnels subscription: it was canceled, is paused, or is locked out after failed payments. Reads and writes are both refused until the subscription is reactivated, and the body carries `"code": "subscription_inactive"`. A token with no workspace restriction never receives the first two.
