`GET /v1/journals`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.myarchivist.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

## Query parameters

- `campaign_id` string, required: World/Campaign ID to list journal entries
- `page` integer: Page number
- `size` integer: Page size
- `with_links` boolean: Return content with [[wikilinks]] intact
- `format` string: 'markdown' preserves headings, lists and paragraph breaks; 'text' (default) flattens them
- `fields` string, nullable: Use 'card' for lightweight list items
