`GET /spaces/has-tag`

## Request

Check whether the provided tag exists in any `SpacesDashboard` for the current tenant (case-insensitive).

Args:
    tag: The tag to check for

Returns:
    True if present (case-insensitive), else False

- `tag` string, required: Tag to check for in dashboards
