# Create Prompt

`POST /internal/prompts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com/internal/prompts`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Create a global prompt or one prompt per tenant.

Returns a single row (frontend re-fetches the list). For multi-tenant, all
target tenants are validated up front so the write pass is effectively
all-or-nothing; the first created row is returned.

- InternalCreatePromptRequest: Create request for the superuser page (CreatePromptRequestSchema).
