# List Prompts

`GET /internal/prompts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com/internal/prompts`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

List prompts across the global table and (optionally) one tenant.

MVP: cross-tenant fanout is not implemented — when `scope` needs tenant
data, `tenant` is required (the UI has a tenant selector). Results from the
global + one tenant source are merged, sorted newest-first, and paginated
in-process (bounded dataset).
