# Get Latest State

`GET /ingestion/latest_state`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.myaltimate.com/ingestion/latest_state`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Retrieves the latest task state (kwargs) that is not in the STARTED status for a given
dataset type and instance_id.

## Query parameters

- `dataset_type` string, required
- `data_store_id` integer, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- IngestionStateResponse
  - `state` object, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid dataset_type or missing instance_id.
- `403`: This operation is forbidden in the tenant domain.
- `404`: No completed task found for this dataset type and instance
- `422`: Validation Error
